Aioli Sauce

This authentic Mediterranean recipe based on garlic and olive oil is perfect with fish soups and fish-based dishes.

Ingredients : 

Rapeseed oil, water, garlic 23%, olive oil 5%, mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt), lemon juice made from concentrate, egg yolk, salt, modified cornstarch, thickener (xanthan gum).

Usage Tips: Can be used as a dip for crunchy vegetables!
