Rouille Sauce

This spicy sauce based on garlic and saffron is made in keeping with Provençal tradition. Rouille, so typical of Sète gastronomy, is a must with bouillabaisse or  fish soups.

Ingredients : 

Rapeseed oil, water, mustard, tomato concentrate, egg yolk, cornstarch, salt, thickeners (guar flour and xanthan gum),garlic, natural colouring (paprika, cayenne pepper extract).

Usage Tips: Ideal to accompany your fish dishes or mix with potatoes!
