This soup, an emblematic Marmiton recipe, is made with rock fish and a subtle blend of spices that take you to the heart of the Mediterranean.

Ingredients :
water, fish 28% (fish, rock fish), modified cornstarch, tomato concentrate, onions, salt, rapeseed oil, spices and saffron.
Usage Tips:
Following a Provence ritual, add a spoonful of rouille sauce, croutons and a little bit of grated cheese.
